Which is the best time?Los Roques has a mixed climate |
What are the best days to travel? If you want to feel that the beaches are just for you, we recommend you schedule from Monday to Friday, and thus avoid weekends and the increase in tourists in the area. Can I travel by ferry? It is an option that you can consider but because reservations cannot be made, we do not work with that option. Can I travel with children or elderly people?Yes, infants and adults of any age are welcome. Depending on the age and condition of the travelers, the nearby keys that do not involve sailing through the open sea are recommended. Do I need additional money? No, when booking any of our plans you do not need to pay anything else. You can only use your funds if you want to consume some extra liquor during your stay. Is there a phone signal?Yes, local company and internacional roaming. There’s Internet? There are only a few inns with a Wi-Fi connection. Therefore, you must tell your sales advisor that you require this service. |
Is it safe to travel to Los Roques?Los Roques is a 100% safe area. You can be comfortably with your photography equipment, phone and wallet 100% exposed and nothing will happen. Even in the places where you go to bathe you can leave your things while you go for a walk or go for a swim and everything will be the same when you return. Why is it so expensive to travel to Los Roques? It is an archipelago that is difficult to access and all goods (from gasoline to food) are transported by plane or ship at very high costs. But believe me, every penny invested is worth it! What currency is used in Los Roques? The most common is to pay with dollars in cash, although they also accept bolivars by transfer or point of sale. How many days do you recommend spending in Los Roques?Although the best-selling plan is for 3 days, we recommend at least 5 days to really get to know most of the wonders that the Los Roques Archipelago has to offer. Can we visit all the keys?In all the packages there are varied options but remember that between keys, lowlands and sandbanks there are more than 50 options to choose from. That is why it is almost impossible to visit them all in one trip. |

Itinerary
is this tour for me?
Our private transport will pick you up at the door of your hotel or house in Caracas to take you to the Maiquetía National Airport, where you will take a flight to Gran Roque of 35 minutes.

Depending on the package you have chosen, from the first day you will be able to sail to some of the keys that you have chosen. Our sales advisors will guide you so that you take advantage of all the time

On the rest of the days you can choose the tours to the most distant keys. There are many to choose from, but if the weather is good, do not hesitate to prefer Cayo de Agua where you can walk on the isthmus, a narrow sand road with the sea on each side

Equally emblematic is Dos Mosquises, where you can visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Station, and you can touch them or take photos with a specialized guide

Madrisky is also an unmissable key. From there you have an incomparable view of Gran Roque. Also, you can take a 15-minute walk to Cayo Pirata, a beach where fishermen and artisans live. There lie sunken ships from where you can take spectacular photos

We also recommend other unconventional options such as the tour to Cayo Carenero, the Sebastopol sandbanks and the mini tour of Noronky, Crasky and the Rabusky Lagoon. On this last tour there is a great chance of seeing turtles in their natural habitat and hundreds of starfish

In the afternoon, when you return from your walks, you can tour Gran Roque and take a short walk to the lighthouse to watch the sunset

Upon your return to Caracas, private transport will wait for you at the Maiquetía National Airport to take you to your home or hotel
